6-5-14: ENFORCEMENT:
It shall be the duty of the animal control officer, subject to the general supervision and regulations of this chapter, to enforce the provisions hereof. The animal control officers are, for the purpose of enforcing this chapter, clothed with police power and are given the authority to issue citations against violators hereof.
