A. Parking Restrictions: Unless otherwise provided for hereinafter, parking of automobiles and other vehicles is limited to two (2) hours on all days of the week from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. and prohibited from seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. to seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on the following streets:
All streets and roads east of Busse Road except for Carmen Drive between Greenleaf Avenue and Coyle Avenue.
All streets and roads east of Tonne Road (also known as Wood Dale Road) and south of Landmeier Road.
Bonaventure Drive.
Bonnie Lane.
Howard Street, west of Lively Boulevard.
Kent Avenue.
Lively Boulevard and all streets and roads east of Lively Boulevard, west of Busse Road, north of Landmeier Road and south of Higgins Road.
Northwest Point Boulevard.
B. Additional Restrictions On Parking: Except as provided for hereinafter, parking is permitted on all days of the week from five o'clock (5:00) A.M. to eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and prohibited from eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. to five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on the following enumerated streets:
Bennett Road.
Bonaventure Drive.
Bond Street.
Carmen Drive.
Criss Circle.
Garlish Drive.
Gaylord Street.
Gordon Street.
Joey Drive.
Kelly Street.
King Street.
Lee Street.
Lively Boulevard, north of Higgins Road.
Martin Lane.
Pagni Drive.
Pauly Drive.
Randall Street, north of Higgins Road.
Scott Street.
C. Prohibited Parking: It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any vehicle to stand or be parked in any of the following places:
On the east side of Gaylord Street between two hundred feet (200') and two hundred fifteen feet (215') south of Bennett Drive.
On the east side of Joey, Kent, Bonnie, Lively, Crossen, Seegers, McCabe, Nicholas, Carmen, Brickvale, United, and Delta.
On the north side of Arthur between three hundred eighteen feet (318') and three hundred forty eight feet (348') east of Busse and again between seven hundred eighty four feet (784') and eight hundred fourteen feet (814') east of Busse.
On the north side of Bennett, Lee, Criss Circle, Commerce, Kirk, Touhy (between Busse and Higgins), Estes (between Busse and Elmhurst), Greenleaf (between Elmhurst and Carmen), Lunt (between Busse and Elmhurst), Pan Am and Chase.
On the north side of Chase Avenue between eight hundred seventy six feet (876') and nine hundred fifty six feet (956') east of Tonne Road.
On the north side of Greenleaf Avenue between two hundred eighty two feet (282') and three hundred twenty five feet (325') east of Busse Road.
On the north side of Greenleaf Avenue from the intersection with Busse Road to one hundred seventy five feet (175') east of Busse Road.
On the south side of Pauly, Brummel, Howard, Louis, Jarvis, Fargo, Touhy (between Tonne Road and Busse Road), Estes (between Touhy Avenue and Busse Road), Greenleaf (between Tonne Road and Elmhurst Road), Lunt (between Tonne Road and Busse Road), Morse, Pratt, Arthur, Coyle and Mark.
On the south side of Touhy Avenue between four hundred seventy feet (470') and five hundred twenty feet (520') east of Nicholas Boulevard.
On the west side of Martin, Bond, Scott, King, Gaylord, Gordon, Kelly, Chase (between 1500 block and Touhy), Carl, Katherine, Nicholas (between Higgins and Landmeier), Elmhurst and American.
D. Prohibited Semi-Tractor or Semi-Trailer Parking: It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, park or leave standing any semi-tractor or semi-trailer on any public street between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each offense.
