6-4-3: STOP INTERSECTIONS:
Every driver of any vehicle shall stop such vehicle at the stop sign indicated before proceeding into a stop intersection and shall yield the right of way to any other vehicle or pedestrian using such intersection unless directed to proceed by a traffic officer. The driver of any vehicle shall come to a complete stop whether or not real hazards are present.
