6-3-6-10: OVERSIZED VEHICLES IN DESIGNATED SHOPPING CENTERS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park any truck, tractor, semitrailer or other such vehicle which weighs in excess of five (5) tons in any shopping center which has signs posted prohibiting such parking and which the owner of the shopping center has requested in writing that the Village enforce parking regulations in the shopping center.
