Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine, the minimum fine being the amount of the respective license fee and the maximum fine to be five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues to exist.
