A. All officers and employees of the Fire Department shall be subject to such rules and regulations and perform such duties as shall be prescribed or required of them by the Fire Chief or the ordinances of the Village.
B. All officers and employees of the Department shall be subject to such rules and regulations adopted by the Mayor and Board of Trustees pertaining to the operation of the Fire Department, the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Village for all employees and the rules and regulations of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners of the Village. Each member of the Department shall be furnished with copies of said Rules and Regulations.
