4-7-9: EFFECTIVE DATES:

This chapter shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 2007, from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law, and provided further that the definition of "place of employment" as it relates to employment of health regulations of in house daycare facilities shall be in full force and effect on June 1, 2006.
