Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues to exist. In addition to any such penalty, the village may initiate such injunctive relief as is necessary in the third municipal district of the circuit court of Cook County, Illinois, including the issuance of a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, in order to abate any such violation as is set forth in this chapter.
