It shall be unlawful for any person to burn garbage or refuse in the village or to permit the same to accumulate in any manner so as to create a nuisance or to attract vermin. Approved gasinators or such similar approved equipment when properly installed and inspected may be used for the burning of garbage and refuse and properly installed kitchen garbage disposals may be used for the disposal of garbage and refuse within the village.
Where new construction or major remodeling is taking place, open burning of refuse derivable therefrom is prohibited.
