Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues to exist. In addition to any such penalty, the village may initiate such injunctive relief as is necessary in the circuit court of Cook County, Illinois, including the issuance of a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, in order to abate any such nuisance as is set forth in this chapter.
