Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation, and a separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to exist. In addition to any fine, the village may proceed to suspend or revoke the license as provided in section 3-21-6 of this chapter.
