A. Fees: The annual license fee for a massage establishment license shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
B. Term: All licenses shall commence on June 1 and expire on May 31 of each year.
C. Initial Application Fee: Every initial applicant for a license to operate a massage establishment shall file an application with the finance department upon a form provided by the village and pay a nonrefundable application fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
If the application is approved, the applicant shall be so notified and the annual license fee for the first year shall be submitted to the village prior to the issuance of the license.
