3-19-17: PENALTIES:
In addition to any fees or fines established herein, any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
