3-17-4: REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:

A. Sanitary Conditions: Every place used as a kennel or pet shop shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no refuse or waste material shall be allowed to remain thereon for more than twenty four (24) hours.

B. Treatment Of Animals: All animals shall be humanely treated, and any animal having any disease shall be properly isolated and treated.
