In addition to any proceeding for a suspension or revocation of a license, any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation, and a separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues to exist.
