1-7-9: RETIREMENT BENEFITS:

All nonelected officers and employees of the Village on the regular payroll, other than policemen subject to the Police Pension Law, are under the provisions of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Act, and the contribution and payroll deductions prescribed in said Act shall be made pursuant thereto.
