Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation, and a separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues to exist.
In addition thereto, the Village may proceed by injunction in the Third Municipal District of the Circuit Court of Cook County or the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County to enjoin any violation of this Section which is deemed by the Village to be injurious to the health, safety and welfare of the occupants of the license premises.
