1-7-5: POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLANS:
   A.   Compensation Plans: Plans are hereby established to provide proper compensation for each job. These plans are as follows:
      1.   A merit salary plan for non-union executive, administrative, supervisory, technical, and professional employees as adjusted;
      2.   A non-union step pay plan as adjusted for non-supervisory employees;
      3.   Step pay plan as negotiated for unionized employees;
      4.   Specific rate pay plan for school crossing guards, custodians, PW industrial meter reader, Health Code Enforcement Officer, fire inspector, residential meter readers, summer employees and interns.
   B.   Classification Plan: The Schematic Outline of Occupational Titles, including a class code and the list of authorized positions by departments, shall constitute the classification plan, copies of which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk. All positions in each class shall be compensated in accordance with their designated salary plan.
   C.   Salary Range For Non-Union Merit Pay Plan Positions: As attached on the 2019-2020 Merit Pay Plan Position Rate Range List.
   D.    Non-Union General Step Pay Plan Positions: As attached on the 2019-2020 Step Pay Plan Position Step Rate List.
   E.   Specific Rate Pay Plan Position Rate: As approved by the Village Board in their appropriate ordinance.
   F.   Longevity Full Time Step Pay Plan For Non-Union Employees: The longevity for full time step pay plan non-union employees shall be and is hereby amended on May 1, 2019, as follows:

   G.   Management Enhancement Plan For Full Time Merit Pay Plan Non-Union Employees: The management enhancement plan for full time merit pay plan non-union employees shall be and is hereby amended on May 1, 2019, as follows:
