When used in this section 3-8A-1, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
DAYCARE CENTER: Any childcare facility which regularly provides daycare for less than twenty four (24) hours per day for more than three (3) children in a facility other than a family home.
REGULATORY AUTHORITY: The village of Elk Grove Village health department or an authorized representative thereof.
