3-7A-9: LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES; TERM OF LICENSE:

   A.   Fees: The annual license fee for dispatcher, taxicab and livery licenses and for chauffeur's permits shall be as follows:

      1.   Public passenger vehicle dispatcher: Five hundred dollars ($500.00).

      2.   Taxicab license: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.

      3.   Livery license: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.

      4.   Chauffeur's permit: Forty dollars ($40.00) per year.

   B.   License Term: All licenses and permits shall commence on January 1 and expire on December 31 of each year.
