Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to exist.
In addition to any penalties imposed herein, any licensee who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a suspension or revocation of the license issued to said licensee.
