BULK FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINE: Each container or device used for the sale of any bulk beverage or article of food, the operation of which is governed or controlled by the deposit of U.S. currency or token. All containers or devices mounted on, or included in one framework, shall be considered as part of one bulk vending machine for licensing purposes.
NONFOOD PRODUCT VENDING MACHINE: A container or device used for the sale or rental of nonfood products such as, but not limited to, aspirin, clothes, DVD rentals, toiletry products, novelties, sundries and the like by the deposit of U.S. currency or token.
PACKAGED FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINE: A container or device used for the sale of any prepackaged beverage or article of food, the operation of which is governed or controlled by the deposit of U.S. currency or token.
