3-5I-2-4: REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   All such vehicles shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be thoroughly cleaned each day they are so used.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to permit stale food, decaying matter, or any waste material or product to accumulate in or on any such vehicle while it is so used.
   C.   All vehicles shall have the name of the licensed firm written or printed on the vehicle so that it is clearly visible from a distance of fifty feet (50').
   D.   Food delivery vehicles shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the regulations governing food dealers as described in this chapter.
   E.   All such vehicles transporting potentially hazardous foods shall be required to have mechanical refrigeration to maintain a temperature below forty degrees Fahrenheit (40°F).
