3-5I-1-4: REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   All foods must be individually packaged and shall be labeled to identify contents and the name and address of the supplier, provided that receipts for packaged, unlabeled, bakery items are acceptable.
   B.   All vehicles shall have the name of the licensed firm written or printed on the vehicle so that it is clearly visible from a distance of fifty feet (50').
   C.   As of June 1, 1980, all such vehicles shall have a mechanical refrigeration system subject to the approval of the village engineering and community development department.
   D.   Food vending vehicles shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the codes and regulations referenced in article A of this chapter.
   E.   All vehicles shall have a current village of Elk Grove permit sticker on the front and rear bumpers.
   F.   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any street, sidewalk or public right of way for the purpose of selling food or beverages thereon in any zoning district other than residential (B-1, B-2, or B-3 business district; I-1 or I-2 industrial district; O-T office/transition district; or O-P office park conditional use district).
