3-4G-1: DEFINITIONS:
When used in this Article, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section:
DRIVING RANGE: A place maintained for profit and to give patrons an opportunity to practice hitting golf balls and/or baseballs.
GOLF COURSE: A tract of land for playing golf or miniature golf with tees, greens and fairways.
HEALTH CLUB: A place or facility offering instruction, training or assistance in physical culture, body building, exercising, reducing, figure development, dancing or any similar physical skill or having equipment available for such purposes which facility charges a membership or use fee to its patrons.
TENNIS CLUB: A building maintained for profit which is equipped for playing tennis with courts and locker room facilities.
