3-4C-4: REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Order; Crowding:
      1.   lt shall be unlawful to permit any person, except theater employees, to remain standing in a hall or room in which a motion picture or theatrical is presented during the time of such performance.
      2.   lt shall be unlawful to admit to any motion picture or theatrical more persons than can be accommodated by the seating arrangements for the premises.
   B.   Building Requirements: All buildings used for displaying motion pictures and/or theatricals must conform to all Building and Fire Code regulations.
   C.   No Smoking: It shall be unlawful to permit smoking in any part of the premises except for designated smoking areas approved by the Village Fire Department.
   D.   Sanitary Conditions: Each theater licensed hereunder must be equipped with separate washroom facilities for female and male patrons, which facilities must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
   E.   Owner/Manager on Duty: At all times when the premises are open for business, the owner or a designated manager must be on duty to insure compliance with all applicable regulations and provisions of this Article and of this Village Code. Any such manager appointed by the owner shall be twenty one (21) years of age or older and the name and address of any such manager shall be filed by the owner with the Finance Department.
