3-1-11: BUILDING AND PREMISES:
No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business, occupation, trade or activity if the premises and buildings to be used for such purpose do not fully comply with all applicable provisions of this code, the Elk Grove Village zoning ordinance and the Elk Grove Village building codes.
