Whenever the number of vehicles used is a basis of a license fee, the Finance Department shall furnish each licensee with a tag or sticker for each vehicle covered by the license; such tag or sticker shall be applied to the vehicle. The Finance Department shall furnish each licensee with a tag or sticker for each automatic food vending machine, ice vending machine, cigarette vending machine and coin operated amusement device licensed hereunder. The licensee shall post each such tag or sticker in a conspicuous place on each such vehicle or machine while it is in use, or available for use.
