This title is designed to provide for the means whereby the Village may render the necessary inspections and services to businesses, occupations and activities in order to promote, protect, and safeguard the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of Elk Grove Village and to enable the maintaining of accurate records of such establishments located within the corporate limits of the Village.
