There is hereby created a Youth Committee that shall consist of nonsworn members. The members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. It is the intent to balance the committee between adult and youth members. The committee may enlist the help and support of public and parochial sixth through eighth grade students as needed or high school students to assist the committee in the performance of committee functions and activities.
