2-9-1: ELECTION OF MEMBERS; TERMS; VACANCIES:
There shall be elected a library board of directors consisting of seven (7) members who shall serve for six (6) years as is provided by statute.
In the event of a vacancy on the board of directors, the remaining directors shall choose a person to fill that vacancy until the next election.
