There is hereby established a board of trustees of the firemen's pension fund board which shall consist of two (2) members appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the board of trustees as well as two (2) current sworn department members and one retired department member - said three (3) members to be selected as provided by law. The board shall appoint a president and secretary, establish rules and regulations and meet at regularly scheduled intervals. They shall have terms as provided by law.
