There is hereby created a Board of Appeals on zoning matters as provided by statute which shall consist of nine (9) members to be appointed by the Mayor by and with the consent of the Board of Trustees.
Following the original appointments as provided by statute, the successor of each member so appointed shall serve for a term of five (5) years.
