A. Appointment: All members of boards and commissions shall be appointed by the Mayor by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees unless otherwise provided by statute.
B. Term of Office; Removal: Unless otherwise provided by statute or ordinance, each officer shall serve a term of four (4) years or until a successor has been duly appointed and is deemed qualified. The Mayor may remove from office any officer appointed by him for cause upon written findings to the Board of Trustees. The Board may restore to office any officer so removed by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all its members.
