All public improvements to be made under the provisions of this Chapter shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Director of Engineering and Community Development or his designated agent. The compensation for such inspection and other costs incurred in connection with such inspection shall be paid by the subdivider to the Village. The final completion of all such improvements shall be subject to the approval thereof by the Director of Engineering and Community Development.
