Any person violating any provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
In addition to any penalty as above set forth, the Village may proceed by injunction in any appropriate branch of the Circuit Court to enjoin the continuation of any construction undertaken in violation of a stop work order or a directive of the Director of Engineering and Community Development.
