The Director of Engineering and Community Development shall be the enforcing officer of this Chapter and it shall be his duty to enforce the provisions hereof. The enforcing officer may call upon any department or official of the Village to furnish him with such information and assistance as he may deem necessary for the observance of enforcement of this Chapter, and it shall be the duty of such department or official to furnish such information and assistance whenever required.
