Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues to exist.
In addition to any penalty as hereinabove provided, the Village shall have the right by injunction to enjoin the use of such parking area, parking area driveway, public invited private road, access road or established way for Municipal vehicles and, in cases of emergency, shall have the right to immediately close any of the aforementioned areas and thereof proceed by injunction to enforce the provisions of this Article.
