A. All parking areas, including interior driveways and parking stalls, but specifically excluding the main access driveways, shall be designed and constructed to a minimum structural support level of 2.5 as established by the Design Manual of the Illinois Department of Transportation Bureau of Design, which Manual, as amended, is hereby adopted for reference.
B. All main access driveways as herein defined and such other areas intended for or which are to be utilized for high-volume vehicular traffic or medium volume truck traffic as determined by the Director of Engineering and Community Development shall be designed and constructed to a minimum structural support level of 3.0.
