Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation continues to exist.
In addition to any penalty as hereinabove provided, the Village shall have the right, by injunction, to enjoin the use of such offense in cases of emergency by proceeding with the complaint therefor in the Third Municipal District of the Circuit Court of Cook County or such other circuit court of appropriate jurisdiction.
