§ 34.035 ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS; QUORUM; ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Board shall annually elect a Chair from among its members and other officers as deemed appropriate. The Board may establish other offices through the adoption of bylaws to guide the operation of the Board. The Chairperson shall be the presiding officer and a full voting member of the Board.
   (B)   Regular meetings of the Code Enforcement Board shall be held on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings other than those regularly scheduled shall be special meetings held in accordance with the requirements of the state’s Open Meetings Law, being KRS 61.800 through 61.850.
   (C)   All meetings and hearings of the Code Enforcement Board shall be held in accordance with the requirements of KRS 65.8815(5) and the state’s Open Meetings Act.
   (D)   The vote of a majority of a quorum of the Board shall be necessary for any official action to be taken.
   (E)   Minutes shall be kept for all proceedings of the Code Enforcement Board and the vote of each member on any issue decided by the Board shall be recorded in the minutes. The minutes shall be kept by the Department of Planning and Development acting as Secretary for the Board under § 34.032 of this chapter.
