The administration of the duties of the Code Enforcement Board and coordination of the enforcement thereunder are assigned to the Director of the Department of Planning and Development. The Director of the Department of Planning and Development may assign these duties to a member of that Department. This Department is charged with the coordination of all other city departments as it pertains to the issuance of code enforcement citations.
