§ 114.03 LEAVING VEHICLE UNOCCUPIED; TOWING.
   No person shall depart from the commercial business establishment premises after parking any motor vehicle thereon without the expressed permission of the commercial business establishment. Any such motor vehicle that remains unoccupied without a specific authorization so indicated in a conspicuous place on the vehicle for more than five hours may be towed in by the Police Department or any other law enforcement agency of the state, and the owner thereof shall pay any towing and/or other charges, fines or fees therefor.
