In addition to the provisions of § 111.02 of this chapter, each person, firm or corporation, solicitor and sales representative shall, after completing work in the city, report to the Director of Finance and file with the Director a complete list of merchandise and magazines, books, periodicals, subscriptions, photographs, coupons, donations or other articles sold, the name and addresses of the individuals to whom sold, the amount paid for same and to whom payment was made.
