Each person, firm and corporation itinerant in nature shall first fill out a questionnaire with the Director of Finance or his or her designee at the City Hall. The questionnaire shall give the solicitor’s or sales representative’s full name, home address, age, height weight, race, color of hair and eyes, sex, identifying marks (if any), the company he or she is representing and its home address, and the make and license number of any automobile used (if any), a sample of the order sheets to be used, the length of time expected to be in the city, his or her local address while here and each solicitor and sales representative shall allow a complete set of fingerprints and photographs of him or her to be made.
