§ 95.11 DEFICIENCY IN OPERATION OF CEMETERY TO BE MET BY EMERGENCY ACCOUNT.
   In the event the surplus mentioned in § 95.10 of this chapter exists and the emergency account is created, the Trustee is empowered to pay from same such amounts as may be necessary to the city to meet any deficiency in the operation of the cemetery.
