§ 74.01 TRUCK WEIGHT LIMIT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to require or knowingly permit, the operation upon the streets of any motor truck, semi-trailer truck or trailer which exceeds 18,000 pounds gross weight per single axle, or 44,000 pounds for vehicle and load, unless otherwise authorized by the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
