§ 51.35  CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE ONLY BY THE CITY.
   The connections of water and sewer taps and any other connections to the city’s water or sewerage system shall be done by the city and/or a licensed utility contractor, subject to the approval of the Superintendent of the Water and Sewerage Systems.
