(A) At the request of the property owner, the city will relocate existing water meters; provided, the property owner deposits with the city, in advance, the cost of a new tap according to the city’s schedule.
(B) The city will refund to the property owner any moneys over and above the total cost of labor and the cost of any material that is not reusable in the project.
