§ 51.28  TEMPORARY WATER TAPS.
   When a temporary water tap is desired, the party desiring such a tap shall deposit with the city an amount equal to the cost established by the City Council for permanent connection. The city will then install a meter at the nearest water main. After the tap has served its purpose and has been removed, the city will refund to the depositor any moneys over and above the cost of labor and the cost of any material involved in the project that is not reusable.
